Description of the problem	Door latches freeze during cold weather. Can not open doors or can not get doors to close once opened. I have had all recalls and customer satisfaction programs preformed. Dealer has no other fix options available from ford. All 2015 f150's exposed to cold climates have the potential for door latches to freeze. For the past three years i have had to drive with door or doors unable to close at times. I don't think a ratchet strap holding doors closed is safe. This is a serious issue that has been continuing for the past three winters. You just never know when the latches will or will not work.
