Description of the problem	Door latch not working in freezing conditions. The vehicle has only 12,000 miles and has been into the dealer three times (two under recall) for this problem. It still has the same problem. The door will not latch either while stationary or in motion causing it to open while driving ( i've had to use a bungee cord on occasion) and it also makes it impossible to lock the vehicle when this happens. Ford's "fixes" are not satisfactory and this is a safety and security issue.
