Description of the problem	Repeat issue- this vehicle has been serviced by ford for same latch freezing problem twice through recall and warranty fixes with no resolution. Vehicle was in park and the driver's side door was opened from the outside. The door latch became stuck and the door would not close. The outdoor temp was 29 degrees, and the door lock was frozen. After heating the truck for 20 minutes, latch unfroze and began working. Video is available upon request.
