Description of the problem	All door latches become inoperable, will not open or close (latch), during wet and or cold weather. Received tsb notice from ford nov. 2017, called dealer, told parts not in, we'll call. As of 2/8/2018, still no parts in per dealer. This is becoming a serious issue when doors won't open or securely close. The problem began in 2017, before the tsb was issued and has happened numerous times since.
