Description of the problem	Door latches are freezing up, even after the recall "fix" of a water diversion shield. I went back to the dealer to try to have it properly fixed and they told me there is nothing they can do as, the parts we already installed. It has been freezing up every time it's below 32 and i am unable to get into the back seat without crawling through the front and manually unlocking from within. This is a huge safety factor if there were to be an accident and one of my kids was trapped in the back, among other issues of inconvenience.
