Description of the problem	I recently received a recall 17v-652 from ford for an issue with door latches. In the recall notice they state if you have a problem with the door to call the dealer to have it fixed immediately. My door has swung open twice while driving both times with my sons in the front seat. Most recently this morning. I called the dealer north country ford in coon rapids mn and they said there is nothing they can do because they don't have the part to fix it. I called the manufacturer and they said to call the dealer. Truck is not useable in the winter as is. Too dangerous to drive.
