Description of the problem	In reference to tsb 15-0052, currently referenced under tsb 16-0155 door locks become inoperable in freezing conditions. I have currently been waiting two weeks for back ordered parts. With multiple tsb's this has been an ongoing issue for ford and back ordered parts over a year later should be unacceptable. Ford's national customer service was of little help, creating case # 115-897-76 and directing me to talk with the manager of my dealership. My individual experience includes a drivers door that will only open from inside and does not shut unless i manually lock the door. Electronic locks completely fail. To push the lock on top of the door (in order to securely close) has become increasingly difficult, almost to the point where it is seized. Driving is a safety concern not knowing the state of how functional and reliable the door latch and hardware is. Door, knowingly ajar, has previously opened while driving before i found pushing the lock in allows it to close. Sure hope others experiencing this issue know this trick.
