| Description of the problem | 2015 ford f150 brake failure, early june 2020. Vehicle had less than 50k miles when the brake pedal went to the floor. No accident as the failure happened overnight. Brakes seemed fine after a 660 mile trip with a trailer in tow. Parked the vehicle and the next morning the warning light came on and their was almost no brake fluid in the master cylinder resevior. I towed the vehicle to ford auto nation in the dfw area and it required a $1400 repair. Today i learned of the recall - recall 20s31. This repair will be completed free of charge parts and labor. I had the ford dealer do the work, i assume i am entitled to a 100% refund? Any help i can get would be appreciated |
