Description of the problem	After entering the highway and maintaining a speed of approximately 65 mph, the brake pedal suddenly lost function and was able to be pushed all the way back with no effectiveness. No alarms or safety chimes alerted the failure. This was frightening due to our whole family being present and the speed of which we were traveling at the point of failure. We were able to safely coast onto the shoulder and be towed to the nearest dealership. The mechanics could not recreate the failure and replaced the master cylinder in hopes that this will correct the problem. I am still unsure if the vehicle has had the issue corrected permanently.
