Description of the problem	After about 35,000 miles i started noticing a vibration when i applied the brakes. Took to a ford dealer who inspected the brake pads and rotors and was told everything was fine. Took to christian brothers one month later and was told the rotors were warped and needed to be resurfaced. 80% of my driving is interstate travel with very little stop and go. I also do not drive around with one foot on the brake all the time. Therefore my guess is that this was caused by a design problem of some sort. Rotor should obviously last much longer.
