| Description of the problem | The front differential needs to be rebuilt. Possible failure due to failed bearing seals. Causing noise that will lead to bearing, axle failure. When i described the problem everyone knew exactly what the problem was. I asked if it was a recall they said no. It really needed to be fixed and would be around $1000. 00.. I was very surprised they "everyone" knew except for me!! Seems like if it is "most" or "all" then ford to tell customers. Front differential fails at 55 mph that is going to be a big problem for someone!! |
