| Description of the problem | Since buying my truck brand new around a year ago,i have had consistent problems with my transmission. Most of the time, in the "drive" option, the transmission jerks jolts while changing gears. It is very loud, and makes you feel like something bad just happened. Most importantly, the transmission shifts into first gear while the truck is still moving in manual mode. It does it almost every time around 7-9 miles per hour. It happens so violently, it slams everyone in the vehicle forward. I reported in to johnson city ford in johnson city, t. N. I think this problem is an immediate safety and mechanical problem for my family. I also believe it is doing permanent damage to my vehicle i will have to pay for later down the road. Thank you for your time. |
