Description of the problem	While traveling on the highway at 70mph, my vehicle went limp, abruptly shook as i pulled over to the shoulder to avoid a collision. My indicator lights lit up like a christmas tree..."hill assist", "service advancetrak" " the "wrench" adn my check engine light remained on. Terrified, i got stopped, took the keys out and had it towed to the nearest dealer. Their diagnosis was that it was a throttle body failure. My service manager requested that i call ford customer care. I did that immediately following the diagnosis with my repair being above $650. After a week of research, ford came back and stated that they would not help me out at all. There are recalls for the specific problem including an extended warranty for 10 years and 150,000 miles, however i was told that i could not receive any help for the same part. I experienced a preknow condition with a part on my truck that was faulty with myself to blame. If i had known any of this i would have never purchased the vehicle.
