Description of the problem	While in motion, at highway speeds on a highway and sometimes slower speeds on town streets too, my truck would suddenly start flashing multiple errors and the throttle would immediately be unresponsive. In 1 second i was dead in the water. The truck would immediately start slowing down due to lack of propulsion and the engine would have a very low rough idle. The throttle would not work at any speed. The only way to recover control of propulsion was to come to a complete stop right where the problem occurred (very dangerous), turn off the vehicle and then restart the vehicle. After restart the problem would completely disappear. Until it happened again. This problem appeared 3 times in 1 week, all while the vehicle was traveling uphill. I was lucky to not be in traffic at the time. I took the vehicle to the dealer and they reported the vehicle needed a new throttle body, and that this issue was common and that a recall was not in place. The repair cost is over $500.
