Description of the problem	The throttle body failed while traveling on i-94 in a single lane construction zone during a severe rainstorm. The throttle body is a part that controls the air intake on the engine and when it fails the engine loses power and cannot pull a trailer. The engine does not stall, but it does shudder enough to shake the vehicle. I turned the vehicle off and upon restart could move out of traffic. This occurred two more times till i could make it to a dealership. This is a known problem and the part is backordered due to demand. When this part fails it could put the driver and other vehicles in a life situation as i was without an area to pull off and semis on the road with poor visibility. I have been waiting at a dealership for 3 days for the part stuck in my trailer and no known timeframe for when the part will arrive. Learned this morning that the part was shipping was canada, but no delivery timeframe.
