Description of the problem	I stopped while pulling a trailer, fueled my vehicle, hopped back in and the trailer brakes were on constantly. I disconnected 7 way plug and trailer brakes released. I tested trailer braking output at the 7 pin plug and the brake output was stuck on. I turned the gain down to zero and it was still staying on. I checked the trailer for a short and all check showed trailer wiring as ok. I found on an f150 forum many complaints of the same thing happening to 2015 and 2016 f150's and dealers replacing the trailer brakes module and the tow module.
