Description of the problem	My father was involved in a single vehicle accident in september 2020, where he struck a utility pole with the front driver side bumper on his truck, causing the pole to break. His truck was traveling around 55 mph on a state highway, when he suddenly had to avoid hitting a truck that braked in front of him, causing my father to swerve to the right. His truck went through a ditch before it came to a stop when it struck the utility pole. The air bag in the steering wheel came out but failed to inflate and my father hit his head on the steering wheel. He suffered with injuries which included bleeding on the brain and had to be air lifted to a trauma hospital and had to be put in icu!! He
