| Description of the problem | When we had our tires rotated all 24 lug nuts had to be replaced because they were overly tight they were chrome covered lug nuts and during removal they were damaged. This is a common issue with the newer trucks. They expand and contract which make them impossible to remove without damaging. They cost 7. 59 each and all 24 had to be replaced. Each time we have our tires rotated we will have to replace the lug nuts. Due to this issue. We spoke with other repair shops and this is a common issue. |
