| Description of the problem | Back sliding glass window on driver's side (with defrost) - used remote cranking this morning to start the truck on a mid 40 degree morning. Truck had been running approximately 5 minutes. Upon entering the vehicle and placing it in reverse, i noticed that the rear window (driver's side, non-sliding portion) was shattered. I exited the truck to inspect and could hear cracking noises, like rice crispies, as it was still cracking. There had not been any impact to the glass previously and there was no impact at the time of the incident. The truck is approximately 24 months from the date of purchase and has 20,8xx miles. I have contacted my local ford dealer to inquire about warranty claims. |
