Description of the problem	When i turned on the rear defrost the back window of the truck shattered. On 11-24-20, i warmed up my 2014 ford f150 with the remote start feature. When i put the key in, i turned on the rear defroster while the truck was still in park. The back window driver side pane shattered. I have contacted ford 8 times, but the response is continually the same, "it is the owner's responsibility, not ford." ford has a serious product failure that has been allowed to persist for too long.
