| Description of the problem | Rear window panel shattered in place due to the defroster overheating. There had been no prior damage to the window, and the window shattered while the car was stationary and idling in the parking lot at my work, only to defrost and warm up. In the attached images, it is evident from the picture inside the vehicle that the window has completely cracked, and from the outside, it is proven that there was no impact of a foreing object that resulted in this. |
