| Description of the problem | On january 9, 2018 i used my remote starter to start my truck, which i have set to turn on the front and rear defrosters along with the seat heaters. The truck ran roughly 15 minutes before leaving for work. Upon my arrival (approximately 20 minutes later), i parked, turned off the engine and got out. When i shut the door, i heard what sounded like ice falling off the truck. Knowing there wasn't any ice build up, i walked around to see the rear driver side window was shattered and pieces of glass were falling out. |
