Description of the problem	I am requesting that the dot nhtsa investigate the door actuator failure on my 2014 ford f150. The drivers side door actuator has failed. Door will not unlock and cannot be opened manually using the inside handle, outside door handle, nor with a key. Door will not unlock using the remote nor keypad.
