Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ford f-150. The contact stated that while driving at 45 mph, the vehicle down shifted to 1st gear without warning. The contact was able to safely guide the vehicle off of the roadway. The vehicle was restarted but failed to resume normal operation.
