Description of the problem	On the morning of july 18, 2016 i experienced compete and total brake failure on my 2014 ford f150 truck. I had driven the truck the night before with no problems or warnings of any kind. I got into my truck, cranked it, and pressed on the brake pedal to shift into reverse. My brake pedal went all the way to the floor board with absolutely no resistance. I tried pressing it again with the same results. Just a few days before this, i had received a recall letter concerning breaking issues from ford. However, in this letter it said that the issue would only affect the front brakes; the rear brakes would still be usable. I can assure you, this is not the case. I consider myself extremely blessed that i was not traveling at the time of the occurrence. There is no doubt that had i been driving at the time of the failure, it could have resulted in a fatal incident.
