Description of the problem	Recall safety notice 16s24/nhtsa recall16v-345 i took the truck back on 8/1/15 because i had problems with the breaks and other things and they kept it for 2 weeks working on it replaced everything and it was good well i started having problems again and called ford and they told me everything was ok that it proberly just needed a battery then around may 15th the ford dealer called and said that the truck has another recall on the breaks and the parts that they replaced already and would be calling some time in june to bring it in well on june 5th i was coming home from work and my breaks went out for a second time this time i was not so lucky went out of the road over a 15 to 20 foot embankment and side swiped a tree and barely missed a guard rail and went down into a creek could not get the truck to stop the only thing i could think to do was shut the truck off to stop it i would have been killed if not because i was heading for a big tree and would have hit it head on . The man that came to get it out said the breaks were out and he had it shove it up into park to keep it from hitting some ones house. My husband called the ford dealer and put it on speaker phone and asked if they had got the arts in to fix the truck and they said no they did not and they have still not called to this day.
