Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ford f-150. The contact stated that while driving, the brake pedal was depressed and went to the floorboard. The contact added brake fluid to the vehicle. The contact also stated that the low brake fluid warning light was illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact stated that the vehicle was previously repaired under nhtsa campaign number: 16v345000 (service brakes, hydraulic) however the repair failed to fix or prevent the failure. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the contact was informed that the vehicle was subjected to an unknown recall. The contact called five star ford (6618 ne loop 820, north richland hills, tx 76180), and informed the dealer of the failure. The vehicle was later taken to five star ford and was diagnosed that the brake master cylinder and brake booster needed to be replaced. The vehicle was taken back to the independent mechanic where it was diagnosed with the same failure. The vehicle was repaired. The contact also stated that there was a leak coming from the brake master cylinder unto the brake booster. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 143,000.
