| Description of the problem | While driving on a country road, the truck lost all power and service wrench came on. I pulled to side of a 2 lane rd and coasted to a stop. Turned the cr off and on again and code was gone. I drove for about 4 minutes and the truck lost power again. This repeated about 4 times as i was in a mountain area with no cell service. I had to to keep trying to coast as far as i could to find service. Finally after about an hour of stalling on the side of the road, i was able to get cell service and contact help. At 1am we got a tow to the dealer that just repaired the vehicle. They said the problem was unrelated to the service just performed and we had a bad throttle body. The item was replaced. |
