Description of the problem	While in motion at highway speed (55-70mph) and city speed (20-35mph)the vehicle lost power and/or hesitated upon acceleration several times over the course of 3 days the middle of may 2018. After diagnosis by ford dealership that timing chain on the ecoboost engine with only about 75,000 miles on it required replacement. About 5 days after timing chain replacement the hesitation returned and upon diagnosis by ford dealership it was determined the phasers were bad. Despite numerous complaints and reports of this occurring in 2011-2015 ford f 150 ecoboost models in america and canada ford refuses to admit there is a defect. While maybe not directly a safety issue i believe it is as one of the failures occurred on the interstae in heavy traffic while passing a semi truck and power was lost and evasive action had to be taken to avoid a collision due to the timing chain power failure. Can't argue with what actually happened, if that isnt a safety concern for ford or the nhtsa i don't know what is. Defective system for 2011-2015 ford f150 ecoboosts
