| Description of the problem | . I had remote started the vehicle in the morning. On the way to work the drivers side rear window later shattered with a loud pop with no impact or previous damage. I believe this is due to the rear defroster not shutting off. I have read many other complaints of the exact same thing happening (same section of the sliding window) but ford has yet to accept any responsibility for this. |
