| Description of the problem | It was about 20 degrees out and i drove to work with my front and rear defrosters on. After i backed into my parking spot i heard a very loud pop or bang. Startled me. I got out and couldn't see anything wrong although it was still dark out. When driving home, i noticed the drivers side portion of the rear power sliding window was shattered. I'm pissed! Called the dealer and was told to bring it in for an estimate. Was told it's not covered and my warranty is expired anyway. Come to find out it's a common problem. Obvious safety issue here. |
