Description of the problem	Takata recall for ford f150 2009-2014 equipped with rear sliding window with defrost feature. Rear window or sections of the rear window will shatter if the rear window & side mirror defrost system is engaged. A section of mine broke today while driving home from work. Had 22 miles to drive in the snow but it was not that cold outside and i only had the rear defrost on when we first left work and headed out. Defroster times out after about 10 minutes so it was off for about 30 minutes and then the drivers side panel pops and cracks. I even had the rear window open a wee bit so i could push more air through the cab to defrost the windshield better.. When i first heard it, i thought a tree branch hit the top of the roof. But the noise sounded a little bit different than some object hitting the truck. The driver rear panel is shattered between the outer and inner glass panels. Definitely around the heating element wires and the panel is still intact.
