| Description of the problem | The rear window behind driver side shattered/fissured into tiny cracks. We had an issue of the rear defroster not functioning the week before this occurred. Having had a bout of extremely cold weather, i went out to warm up the truck and decided to try to see if the rear defroster would work to defrost the rear window and to my surprise the light popped on so i came back into the house while the truck was warming up. Upon walking back to the truck which was parked in my driveway, i noticed the rear window shattered/fissured in tiny cracks everywhere. |
