| Description of the problem | My wife started the truck with the remote start on the morning of 02/05/2018. She did not notice anything out of the ordinary until she got in the truck to head to work. She called me and said that while looking in the rear view mirror it looked like the rear window was shattered. She stopped and took a closer look and realized that it was shattered. We drive the truck every day and have not had any issues with anything flying up and hitting the window. |
