Description of the problem	Back (rear window) stationary glass exploded while driving down the road! First, i had experienced intermittent problems with the rear defrost not functioning the last couple months. Then, the defrost just started working again without issue a month ago? Last night the temperature was about 20f. I turned the rear defrost on and within 5 minutes of driving i heard gunshot/large bang and noticed my driver? S side stationary pane on the rear slider was shattered. I have small kids and thankfully they were not in the truck at the time. Small shards of glass ended up in the truck. I called dealer and have to bring in for them to take ? Pictures? To send to ford. This is a danger and seems well documented on the internet for 2010 models up.
