| Description of the problem | Just bought this truck for a great deal of money. This has happened several times, with both my wife and i. Driving at low and higher speeds trying to merge or pass another vehicle. As we apply the accelerator to pass or merge there is a lose of power and the truck almost stalls. We have almost been in 6 accidents because of this issue. I took my truck back to phil long of colorado springs, co. And was told i was lying and they have not had any other complaints and they could look at it for $150. 00 as my truck is brand new and still under warranty, im not happy i cant drive my truck safely and feel like ford has let me down. Don't seem to be getting any post sale customer service. Please help. |
