Description of the problemEngine looses all power yet is still running very poorly. Engine sputters and will not respond to throttle. Dashboard display shows a wrench. Problem occurs without any warning. Engine will usually restart after approximately 30 seconds and run normaly until next failure. Problem may occur multiple times in a day. My auto diagnostic tool gives p2111 code which indicates a throttle body problem. Problem has occured when stopped or moving at any speed. Check engine light may or may not come on ( not consistent). I contacted ford motor co. Customer service department concerning this issue after reading about a "customer satisfaction program" 13n03 relating to this issue in which ford offers to replace the faulty part at no charge as an extended warranty in lieu of a factory recall according to the nhtsa. I was told that they (ford) may not help with this issue. I was told they would have to review my complaint and would get back to me.
