Description of the problem	I was driving on february 12th 2019 and had my defrosters when all of a sudden i heard a loud pop and looked in the rearview mirror to see my back window shattered right over my 2 year old daughter. This is the second time that this has happened in the past 3 years. I stopped and got out and touched the window and burnt my hand with how hot it was.
