| Description of the problem | The headliner is coming down right in front of driver and passenger. It will eventually drop enough to block the drivers view. It was a small amount as 1st and know it's about 2 1/2" down on both sides. The truck has only 34k on it and is garage keep most of the time. Dealer will only assist making me pay 1/3 of the cost to replace it. This in my option it a defect in materials and workmen ship. I think is should be a fix by ford and dealer not the customer. |
