| Description of the problem | Rear doors will sometimes lock and can't open them from inside or the outside of the vehicle,( even manually) then at random they will start to work again. We had the same problem with our 2014 ford explorer. This is a very dangerous situation, as having children in car seats and not being able to get them out. |
