| Description of the problem | While driving at speeds around 40 mph the steering wheel has a rattle felt through it. It feels as though the electric power steering is giving feedback or the front shocks are loose. At speeds around 70 mph, this cannot be felt. Ford techs rotated and balanced tires, but that did not fix it. They mentioned that the new electric power steering system works based upon speed. This problem appears to be worse at low speeds and ok at higher speeds. There is definitely a problem that ford needs to fix! |
