Description of the problem	I drove the truck from home to work and around school zone which is a city street. I pulled over because children were getting out of school when i try to fix the truck to the side walk i turned the steering wheel to align the truck ,all of a sudden it got locked . No one got hit!! But, it was scary. Did not expect this to happened. The steering wheel does not turn left or right.
