Description of the problem	The electric power steer in my 2013 ford f150 truck is failing to work properly. It doesn't seem to be providing an power assist at all at low speeds. When taking slow speed sharp turns(90 degrees) the steer seems to lock up and i have to apply alot of force to the steer wheel to get the truck's wheels to come back straight again. This is a very unsafe situation. I purchased this f150 new from sugarloaf ford in winona minnesota in 2013.
