Description of the problem	My local ford dealership is charging me $2000 for a steering gear that the internal module went bad. From my research, this is a very common issue with the 2013 model and is a recall on the 2014 model. Its an incredibly dangerous situation when it happens. You completely loose power steering and get 3 separate warnings on the dash. I came within inches of hitting another vehicle in a parking lot yesterday. Problem is, its sporadic, you never know when its going to happen. I called ford and they, basically, told me its not a recall because there wasn't significant "injury or loss of life" from this issue.... But, i guess there was on the 2014 and up models... This is outrageous!! This needs to become a recall immediately! Hope you guys can look into this and, hopefully, save the lives that ford is needing in order to fix this issue.
