Description of the problem	While stopped, with my foot on the brake, in a parking lot waiting for traffic to clear so i could enter the street there was a rather loud pop such as a bloon bursting. The brake peddle became extremely ridged and the vehicle began moving forward. It nearly caused me to crash into the cars ahead of me. I have been a vehicle service technician for near 45 years so i was keenly aware of what had happened. I pushed the brake peddle with both my feet and managed to stop it. I contacted the ford dealership said they couldn't repair my vehicle because of its manufacture date. I removed the defective part and it was just as the recall on the master brake cylinder stated. The problem effects more 2013 vehicles than is covered by the recall. I have attached a photo showing the brake fluid in my failed brake booster as proof.
