Description of the problem	I was in a parking lot backing out of my spot. With no warning light or any previous warning, my break system went out. Accelerating in reverse and breaks to the floor, my truck just continued to speed up. I slammed my car in park and the truck shut off. It was not until that moment that a warning light came on stating low brake fluid. I could have killed someone in this parking lot. Ford told me to drive it in and they would take a look at it. I had to tow it in myself and they claimed the warning light was on previous to me putting my car in reverse (which is wrong) but they replaced my break system for me (with the same failing system). I still have no faith in my breaks and my truck has never drove this poorly. Everything on it squeaks (probably from slamming it in park to avoid running people over). This needs to be a recall!!!
