Description of the problem	2013 f150 v8 with 28000 miles has faulty front brakes. The outside pads appear to be working properly while the inside pads are not. The inside of the rotors are gouged and rusty while the outsides are in perfect shape. I see many other complaints about this same issue. The brakes have been grinding off and on since 15000 mile with normal use, and no off-road use.
