| Description of the problem | Brake failure while pulling a travel trailer on i-95 in virginia. The low brake fluid light came on and then the complete brake failure light came on and we had no brakes. I was able to coast to a stop on an uphill exit ramp. The vehicle and trailer had to be towed to a ford dealership. Was told by the service manager at the ford dealership that the master cylinder had failed and the fluid was pumped into the brake booster and contaminated the entire brake system. |
