| Description of the problem | In november 2019, my vehicle started shifting inappropriately and i took it to the dealership to get it fixed. The dealership said it was a recall issue. The recall was for a lead frame and a reprogramming in the pcm. This repair was done for the two recall issues. My vehicle recently began doing the exact same thing, shifting up and down without warning while i was driving down the main road in my town. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership and they in formed me of a different pcm reprogramming available for that recall. The next day the dealership stated it was a different issue with transmission and it was sending a different code which is not part of the recall. Now the dealership is saying i will need a replacement or rebuilt transmission, and it is not covered by the recall. |
