| Description of the problem | While driving 65 mph my 2013 f150 downshifted into first gear and locked the rear tires cause me to spin out of control. This caused minor body damage to the vehicles rear bumper, from hitting something off the side of the road. I called multiple dealerships and explained what happened at the beginning of febuary 2020. They explained that they could get me into fix the problem for about 20 days at minimum and even then they would have to keep it longer to fix it if there was something wrong. I explained that i almost rolled the vehicle after spinning out of control and asked if they could get it in sooner, the answer was continuously no from all of the dealers.
